Today the Maryland State Athletic Hall of Fame announced it's inductees for the Class of 2016. Wheeler Baker, a native of Chester, MD, is a legend in powerboat racing. He is a 10-time winner of the American Power Boat Association National Championships and an eight-time points champion. Baker competed for 30 years (1977-2007) and was inducted into the APBA Hall of Champions in 1987.
