Ronald Bloss, Sr, so loved the water that he asked his wife to have his casket delivered to his gravesite by boat, not hearse.

It was the last final boat ride for a man who loved spending all day on the water. From the York Dispatch Record, "While he was eating in the Manchester Diner one day, a lady told Bloss about her husband's funeral, where he was carried to the ceremony by boat. Bloss thought that was a neat idea was neat. So on Wednesday, the pallbearers at Diehl Funeral Home in Mount Wolf hoisted Bloss' casket aboard his jon boat. Bloss took one final boat ride."
