Thank you PropTalk readers who entered our Biggest Fish Photo Contest. The winner, Capt. Chris Taneyhill of Annapolis, sent this winning shot of Mary Boehm and Jack Wittpenn, team members of Dirty Blonde Sport Fishing, holding a 43" during the EYC "The Norm" Rockfish tournament.
The photo just below it was sent by John Ryder earned an honorable mention for its funny caption:
"This is my friend Mark Reisinger and this literally is the biggest fish he has caught in the last 12-18 months. We have gone out 4 to 5 times this past season, joined the Boatyard spring fishing tournament, and we have not caught anything.
I took the picture, and we all got a good laugh when this fish literally jumped in the boat. It was a catch and release because we wanted another trophy fisher to bring this baby onboard again!
This monster was landed just outside of Back creek."
