A Boeing 747 Air Force One Replica is currently making its way south from Rhode Island to National Harbor... on a barge! The replica plane will be part of the Air Force One Experience, which will be open for tours at National Harbor beginning October 19.

On its website, the Air Force One Experience, a division of Children's Democracy Project, describes this as a "never-seen-before recreation." Immerse yourself in the luxury, the excitement, and the history of Air Force One. Guests will see and hear "amazing things about our great nation" and "see rare presidential artifacts and tour exhibits that will make you relive the fascination progression of democratic process." Best of all? You get to step aboard the replica Air Force One like the president.

The plane had previously been stationed at Quonset State Airport in Rhode Island and will now be moved for a limited time to 165 Waterfront Street in National Harbor, MD. Tour tickets are 430 for adults; $20 for seniors, college students, and military; and $15 for children ages 3-12.

The plane is said to arrive by barge on Monday.
