Yellow Perch Mystery

I'll never forget the first fishing trip my father and I took every year because it was generally cold and gloomy. That trip was usually for the yellow perch up the Severn River back in the 1970s. Despite new management in the Bay, yellow perch are still having trouble in the Magothy, Severn, and South rivers.
