Located in Glouchester Point, Virginia, the York River Yacht Club has a member base of individuals who are passionate about being on the water. Members enjoy racing, cruising, and socializing. They hold a Wednesday Night Racing Series from April through September, and then a Frostbite Racing Series on Sunday nights in the Fall. Cruises take place up and down the Chesapeake, and occasionally stray outside its waters. When not on the water, members enjoy events that the club is holding. The social calander has a sock burning, cocktail parties, and dinners!
