The search for 40-year old David Frantzen is ongoing after his empty boat was found by the Francis Scott Key bridge. Frantzen had been out boating with 42-year old Brigette Marchand, whose body was recovered early Monday morning.
Marchand was an Annapolis resident and graduate of Arundel High School. She and Frantzen are believed to have left the dock on Sunday morning, heading out on the Patapsco River. Her body was found Monday morning, while the boat was found by Maryland NRP at 2 p.m. the same day. The boat had run aground at Sparrows Point.
